Northland acreage usually means Clay or Platte County — Smithville, Kearney, Liberty fringe, Platte City, and the smaller towns north of the interstate loop. Buyers come for space, animals, privacy, or a house that does not look into six other kitchens. The purchase still has to survive a survey, a well or septic report, and a lender who understands rural product.
