Clay County and Platte County do not share one rulebook. A parcel just outside Liberty or Parkville may still sit under county zoning, a city’s extra-territorial jurisdiction, or both. Animals, accessory dwellings, home businesses, and splitting a tract later are use questions — not vibes.
